This version works easy and requires .net 2.0+




Just to be clear, I am not sure what the other torrents on TPB are about Ratio Master, but this is the latest .net version of this release. I tried it a few mins ago to ensure quality and it works no problem. It is a single .exe you launch and run. 


1. Download the .torrent file from your favorite website. 
2. Open that file with this program. 
3. Set your upload rate (5000000 works good :) ) 
4. Click start. 
5. Make SURE that you don't go too high. You can have a 50TB upload credit pretty fast and that will throw a red flag somewhere lol...





Note: The torrent must have leechers on it for this to work. One easy thing to do is download a torrent file (not the torrent, but the actual file that utorrent opens) that has a ton of people trying to download it. Then open that torrent file with this little program.
